Pere Marquette Rod and Gun Club
About About Facility Accommodations Club Photos Contact

The Pere Marquette Rod & Gun Club has several lodging options available for groups of varying sizes. The cabins are constructed with two halves each allowing flexibility in accommodating different sized groups. The Club Lodge has four available rooms with two twin beds in each.

The Log is a restored cabin which was originally the paymaster's cabin for a logging company using the Pere Marquette to float logs down to Lake Michigan in the early 1900s. Today the Log is a beautiful, smaller facility with a hand crafted rock fireplace, wood duck and grouse mounts and perhaps the best porch in the camp. This cabin sits on the courtyard across from the Club Lodge, and is only a few short steps from the river entry.
The Brush is a rustic, larger cabin built in the 1930s and known for it's huge fireplace in the main great room. This cabin sits on the main courtyard, and it's loft sleeping quarters above the main great room is extremely popular with kids. The cabin includes a screened-in porch where you and your family can sit and enjoy the events in the courtyard or just get some fresh air on a quiet evening.

The Hilton
is wrapped in traditional cedar siding. The log interior and exterior of the Hilton give it a timeless feel of how cabins are supposed to be. This cabin is surrounded in windows, and is secluded in the woods with picturesque views. It is the closest club cabin to Danaher Lake, making it a family favorite.

The Dorm is the most recently built club cabin and has been renovated to include modern appointments. It offers an incredible view over the Pere Marquette, and from it's back deck you can expect to hear fish sipping the surface of the water in the evening and the sounds of kayakers and canoeists as they navigate the waters in the day.
